The target group

Our seminars are aimed at companies of all sizes and from all industries, and at specialists and executives from these companies who are either being sent abroad or who work in or manage projects at home on an international level. And furthermore at managers in the area of human resources who are responsible for diversity management and/or international employees.

Our seminars are both locally and target country-oriented, i.e. they can be used for the optimisation of international projects, at home and for the short- or long-term deployment of employees abroad.

Tailored seminars in companies

All seminars are offered in-house in the premises of the client or at a location of their choice.

Following a coordination meeting, the seminar will be tailored in detail to the needs of the company in question. Practical and current case studies from the company itself or its sector are integrated. A balanced mix of exercises with the right measure of “motivation in learning” ensures the transfer of the educational content into the workplace of the employees.

Individual modules that are incorporated into our two-day country-specific seminars, e.g. negotiation or management styles in the target country, can also be performed in one-day seminars on request.
